I started dieting at twelve. Not because someone told me to. Just because I had absorbed enough noise from the world to decide my body was a problem that needed fixing. That belief followed me for the next two decades. I yo-yo dieted through my teens and into adulthood. I lost weight, gained it back, restarted on Monday, repeated the whole thing. Meanwhile I spent over eight years working as a health practitioner in the OR, building a clinical understanding of the human body that most trainers never get near. And I was still stuck in the same cycle. That is the part nobody talks about. You can know everything and still not be able to get out of your own way. The problem was never the effort or the knowledge. It was the cycle itself, and the fact that nobody had built a system designed to actually break it. The SCULPT App came from that.
